2024 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium

We are still filled with excitement following the 2024 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, where our vibrant community in the wine industry gathered for another successful trade show. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the attendees who visited our booth at the trade show in Sacramento. Engaging in conversations and exchanging ideas about our offerings, including mobile bottling, crossflow filtration, gas management, and commercial tent rental, was truly enjoyable.

The inquiries about our gas management service were particularly noteworthy, given its novelty in the industry. We take pride in being the exclusive mobile wine bottling company providing gas management services to wineries and cideries. Here's a recap of our gas management service:

Peregrine Mobile Bottling offers Mobile Gas Management Services with a German-engineered KH TEC CO₂-Membrane-System, adjusting CO₂ content, and reducing DO and N₂ simultaneously.

This system, positioned between the product tank and filler, offers gas adjustments while the product flows through in a single path. Coupled with the Kosme/Krones counter-pressure wine filler, Peregrine Mobile Bottling provides a comprehensive service for carbonized products, allowing the carbonization of still wine from a non-pressurized tank.

The unique setup enables the safe application of screw caps and pressure-sensitive labels right after filling.

Benefits include in-line carbonization up to closure pressure capability, removal of DO and N₂, minimal oxygen pick-up during filling, and time/cost savings.

For those who missed the chance to explore our new gas management machine at the trade show, feel free to contact us directly at We'll reach out to you promptly.

Our commitment lies in providing wineries with services that result in the highest wine quality in the bottle and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

 WIN Expo 2023

Thomas Jordan (Founder and CEO of Peregrine Mobile Bottling) and Arnaud Coulondres (Senior Project Manager at Peregrine Mobile Bottling) were excited to be a part of the 2023 North Coast Wine Industry Expo held at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa where we showcased Peregrine Mobile Bottling's Services including bottling, crossflow filtration, gas management, and commercial tent rental.

This was a great opportunity for us to be in touch with many of our customers and to introduce our new service “Gas Management” which helps carbonized still wine and safely apply a screw cap and pressure-sensitive (PS) label right after filling.

Peregrine Mobile Bottling is the only mobile wine bottling company offering gas management service to wineries and cideries.

We promise to provide cost-efficiency, highest wine quality results in the bottle, and strive for a successful and long-term relationship with our customers.
